Today Tom Talked about the new proposed (yet fake) Lawrence Public School budget, emails from the Commissioner of Education Mitchell Chester detailing how they are going to use private foundations to inflate the city's school budget so that the state and federal government will pick up the tab later on.

In the second hour Tom Interviewed Lawrence City Council President Frank Moran who is a candidate for State Representative for the 17th Essex District. 
Tom and rank mixed it up on his votes to: Lay of cops and firefighters, corruption in the Lantigua administration, the city budget, low income housing, his double standard from the way he treated Mike Sullivan when he was mayor, and SO MUCH MORE!!!
