Today Tom and our resident communist Tennis Lilly (Co-host Paul Murano took the week off) talked about media bias and the yellow journalism behind the gotcha interview with New Gingrich's ex-wife by CBS. Megan from DTS Sports called in to talk about the New Valley Patriot, women's softball team in Groveland. Methuen Superintendent Scannel becomes the latest victim of gotcha journalism by the Eagle Tribune when her daughter held a party in her home while she was on vacation. The Trib decided this was a front page story. Lawrence Mayor Willie Lantigua moves to fire police officer Daron Fraser. The New receiver for the Lawrence Public Schools refuses to turn over documents on how he is spending state money to run the schools. State Overseer Bob Nunes has no clue what he is doing running the city's finances. A call from Mr. Maali, Mark Gray and Patch. Dan Dubrule calls from Ashburnham to talk about our expansion in the Gardner area. and SO MUCH MORE!

The week Tom and Paul interviewed Warren Shaw from Saturday Morning Live! who is suing the owner of a local Dracut Blog called "Dracut After Dark" for what he calls slanderous and libelous postings by the blog owner. Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney in the presidential race. The Methuen City Council blew their chance at settling the Lariviere case, Twitter changes it's censorship policies and Lawrence Police Officer Daron Fraser is the victim of a political hit by Police Chief John Romero and his butt boys at the Eagle Tribune. Tom Said something yo don't hear him say often (or ever) "I stand with Willie Lantigua". 

It was a VERY action packed show with lots of calls.

In the first hour Tom and Paul talked about Israel and the Palestinians and Tom's interview with Congressman Niki Tsongas where she advocated a Palestinian State. Mr. Hemmingway from the Newt Gingrich campaign in New Hampshire called in and at the end of the first hour Tom and Paul played clips of Tom's argument with Niki Tsongas on the issue of fundamental fairness on taxes and how she refused to answer his questions on the issue.

In the second hour Tom talked about Israel and then played clips of Larry Allen, the husband of North Andover School Committee Chairman Chris Allen, who spoke at a Board of Selectman meeting. Allen accused members of the North Andover Board of Selectmen of being sources of the Valley Patriot and defended his decision to hire former wrestling coach David Castricone to do roofing on the Allen's home. Castricone was videotaped coming and going from the girls locker room reportedly with a recording device. He is also awaiting trial on child porn charges. Tom played audio clips of Selectman Tracy Watson's response "How Dare you".
Tom finished the show off talking about the latest escape from Essex County Sheriff Frank Cousins custody.
